[No Need To Add Boot.IMG This Time To ROM's Zip]
1. Take A Backup First {Recommended}.
2. Reboot Into Recovery.
3. Wipe Data > Wipe Cache> Wipe Dalvik Cache > Fix Permissions.
4. Flash Ultimate Galaxy S5 By AndySpy RockMantic
5. Wipe Dalvik Cache again..
6. Reboot & Enjoy Your Galaxy.
Please Make Sure You Have Install Ultimate Galaxy S5 Using Above Steps Only Otherwise Rom Will Not Work Properly.

tapi Bisa untuk JB 4.1.2 asalkan harus Full Wipe
Kalau gak bisa untuk JB 4.1 coba di Ganti kernel nya dengan boot.img 4.2
